I’m Will Julian-Vicary. I develop technical solutions to marketing and communications problems.

I am husband to Jemma, a father to George and Ethan, and a technical leader at Clarity. My background is in technical marketing, software engineering, and digital strategy.

I co-founded 3WhiteHats in 2010, a bootstrapped digital marketing agency. I founded, led and scaled our organic, paid media and analytics offerings. 3WhiteHats was acquired by Clarity in May 2021.

Following the acquisition, I am now the Chief Technology Officer at Clarity. Leading our technology strategy across the business, bringing technology solutions to marketing and communications problems.

I've been a software engineer since 2003. I'd consider myself full stack - more comfortable on the backend but experienced on both the frontend and within devops/architecture too.

I've experience with, on the backend: PHP / Golang / Node / Python / C# (in that order) and on the frontend: React and Vue. I'm also experienced with devops and software architecture.
